This is an area for ports maintainers to add notes about the ports they maintain. Examples: "I will be travelling, so please feel free to commit to my ports"; "I do not mind if people commit to my ports"; "please do not commit to my ports".
Note: in the absence of any entry to the contrary, the default is that you are not giving permission for arbitrary committers to commit to your ports (except via the maintainer-timeout period).
