Ports Broken On -CURRENT

The following changes in -CURRENT have broken a number of ports. Most of these issues must be addressed before 8.0 goes out the door.

Note that except where noted, these are derived from build failures on pointyhat.

ARP v2

devel/libpdel (build fixed, but routing related functionality should be checked on CURRENT)

net/freevrrpd (builds on HEAD, testing wanted)
net/isc-dhcp30-server (MUST be fixed)
net/libdnet (It's building fine on CURRENT, needs functionality test)
