4.1. Enter BIOS/UEFI Setup
- Reboot laptop.
Press <F12> before DELL splash screen appears.

5.1. FreeBSD Bring-Up
The following assumes a GPT partition scheme with FreeBSD to be installed to a ZFS partition. BIOS/UEFI changes will make the stock Windows partition unbootable, but those changes can be reversed to boot Windows.
Shrink Windows partition(s) to make room for FreeBSD partitions.
