Some FreeBSD-specific improvements to the Bash completion library are developed independently of the upstream repository. Those additional/improved completion functions are available via the FREEBSD option in the Bash completion port. The option is on by default.
To do
At the moment there are some conflicts, which forces us to install those additional completion functions into /usr/local/etc/bash_completion.d instead of the standard /usr/local/share/bash-completion/completions. Ping MateuszPiotrowski if you'd like to know more details (and maybe even work on solving this).
