Jonathan raised a couple issues:
1) Receiving data on a closed socket sends RST back but there are corner cases and transient states where we (FreeBSD) silently eat data.
2) Linux won't send a fin in some 0-window situations and FreeBSD needs to adapt to that. Jonathan will follow up on both the issues with details on the mailing list.

Jason Eggleston:
1) Timestamp behavior difference in linux and freebsd. He'll follow up on the mailing list after confirming Linux's behavior.

Hiren:
Discussed initial cwnd changes with Lawrence and lawrence suggested to have a way to specify initcwnd in bytes also on top of just segments. Current way can hurt connection that start out with lower than usual MSS.

Matthew Macy:
1) bibilography work on rfcs, mainly dctcp/ecn related. Hiren to create a page on transport wiki.
2) iflib improvement in case of tx overruns. Matthew would followup on the mailing list.
3) Gave intro to iflib - a unified lib to consolidate boilerplate code for NIC drivers and more.
