Jegg brought up inability of PMC to work at per thread level. Jonathan said its doable but needs just more work.
Packet pacing was brought up. An open issue: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D3687
Drew is going through MMacy's iflib review and proving comments. Seems like it needs some work to apply/work correctly on -head. Drew asked if someone else could also look at the review and Ryan agreed to try to look at it.
