Bugzilla Triage Team
This Team takes care of issue management in a classification and prioritization capacity, ensuring that incoming issues are as correct and complete as possible. The primary goal is to promote resolution of issues as quickly as possible by ensuring issues:
Are easily discoverable.
Are easily understandable .
Have a clear and explicit history and current state.
Have a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
Are seen by relevant people or teams if necessary or appropriate.
Inform and educate project members and the community on how to use the issue tracker effectively.
