FreeBSD Vendor Summit

Overview
The summit is a 3 hour working group we're going to have during the FreeBSD dev summit. The main goals of the vendor summit are to solicit input from our customers on what they need from us, get companies to bring code back to FreeBSD, and also to see if there is some way that companies can share through the project technologies that they need but which are not in their core competence.
Goals
- Update Vendors and the Community on Progress Since Previous Vendor Summit
- Work through the list of previous technologies sought and add or remove entries.
- Connect project developers to vendors who want to put code into the tree.
