The project maintains a number of IRC bots designed to improve the user/community experience on IRC. At present, they are only deployed on the Libera.Chat IRC network.
Official FreeBSD IRC bots always have the freebsd/bot/<nickname> hostmask cloak, with a link in their /whois information pointing to this page.

Bot: TinHead (formerly: VimDiesel)
New issues created in Bugzilla are announced in channel. Active: #freebsd-bugs
URL title "snarfer". Return the <title> of URL's observed in channel. Active: Any channel the bot is joined.
Return man(ual) page information to the channel (or user) for the !man <query>[sektion] command. Active: Any channel the bot is joined.
- Bugzilla Issue Information. Active: Any channel the bot is joined.
Returns (id, title, url) to the channel (or user) when it sees an Issue ID (~ <bug|issue|pr>[ ][#]<integer>) in a message
Returns (id, title, url) to the channel (or user) for the !issue <ID> command

MeetBot, meeting plugin. Active: Any channel the bot is joined.

MattDaemon is the nickname of a "production" instance of IRC bot code.
TinHead
TinHead is the nickname of the "development" instance of IRC bot code used for testing. It is experimental in nature.
