Introduction


As of 2021-05-27 official FreeBSD IRC channels are now on the Libera Chat network.

The FreeBSD Community maintains a substantial IRC presence on multiple networks covering many topics. It is worthwhile to note that some channels have been created and are managed by users, while others are run by the FreeBSD Project, through the IRC Admin team.
